Using your tactical credibility and sales instincts, you\'ll help them say yes to taking control of their safety and skills. What You’ll Do Host Demos: Lead training tours, guide them through simulations, and close with a tailored membership pitch Follow Up Like a Pro: Reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-person—don’t wait for them to come to you Close the Deal: Identify needs, handle objections, and walk prospects through sign-up and onboarding Track Progress: Use our CRM (Club Ready) to manage your pipeline and follow-ups Own Your Numbers: Hit individual enrollment goals while supporting team success and high standards Must-Haves Who We’re Looking For Firearms or personal defense training experience Strong track record in sales, recruiting, or public-facing roles Ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and lead prospects to a decision Highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented Excellent at handling objections, building rapport, and working independently Comfortable working in a structured, high-accountability culture Bonus Points Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical background Familiarity with CRM tools (ClubReady, Go Highlevel) Local connections in first responder/military/veteran/security communities About United Defense Tactical United Defense Tactical is a premier membership-based tactical training facility, combining reality-based simulation systems with ongoing structured training for civilians, professionals, and first responders.
