Finishing Post Producer

Position Summary:

Plural* in Miami, FL, is seeking a motivated, versatile, and detail-oriented Finishing Post Producer to join our post team. The ideal candidate collaborates well with clients, integrates quickly into a fast-paced environment, and understands standard post-production workflows. This role involves managing and supporting projects from kickoff through final delivery in our multi-room, multi-function post-production studio.

Required experience includes VFX, color grading, CGI/3D, motion graphics, and finishing. Experience in offline editorial and audio production is also a strong plus.

The Finishing Post Producer also requires intermediate-level experience and the ability to quickly learn production management and bookkeeping software, such as ActualizeIt and should be familiar with industry-standard workflows and tools, including Autodesk Flame, Nuke, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premier, Cinema 4D, Maya, Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, and Avid.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate and detailed budgets for VFX and Finishing projects.

· Manage projects from storyboard through to final delivery.

· Oversee the QC process and client deliveries to ensure quality control on all projects.

· Actualize and reconcile bids to ensure accurate billing.

· Assist with managing resource availability and scheduling of all staff and equipment according to project needs and client timeline.

· Coordinate workflow processes (e.g., roto/matte, uploading, color sessions) with internal and external team members.

· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings.

· Track and process resources expenses, purchase orders, hours, overtime and final invoices and payments.

· Assist Producers with bidding, actualizing, and office support.

• · Collaborate with EPs to ensure workflow conventions are adhered to and assets are prepped for current projects.

Qualifications/Specific Skill Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Arts, Advertising, Digital, or Broadcast Production.

· Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in post-production and finishing processes in a creative agency or production environment.

· Strong knowledge of broadcast production and post-production with a general understanding of work created in software used for compositing, animation, and VFX (e.g., After Effects, Autodesk Flame, Nuke, C4D, Maya, DaVinci Resolve).

· Familiarity with cloud-based servers, file sharing platforms like Media Silo, Frame io, and production workflow solutions such as ActualizeIt, or CETA.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite apps.

· Understanding of common file formats and resolutions.

· Attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.

· Ability to multitask and pivot based on the situation.

· Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks.

· Experience with Creative Offline Editorial, Audio Production and software a plus. (Adobe Premier, Avid, Final Cut, Pro Tools)

· A wide network of finishing, VFX, motion graphics, and colorist contacts and vendors are a plus.
