Compensation: Commission Only

We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven individuals who want to build a career in insurance while helping families find coverage that fits their needs.

This opportunity includes access to leads, training, mentorship, and licensing support . You will work remotely and connect with individuals who have shown interest in learning more about insurance and financial protection solutions.

Previous insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs
• Explain available insurance options in a clear and professional manner
• Help clients complete applications
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application process
• Participate in sales, product, and professional development training

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor position . Earnings are based on individual sales production.
