Job Description We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales activities and help keep customer opportunities, follow-up, and internal processes organized. This role works closely with the sales team to coordinate prospect activity, maintain accurate information, prepare sales resources, and help ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales process. The Sales Coordinator will combine customer communication with organizational and administrative responsibilities. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a goal-focused environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily sales activities and support ongoing customer opportunities Maintain organized records of prospects, customer conversations, and sales activity Track open opportunities, follow-up needs, and outstanding action items Communicate with prospective customers regarding routine questions and next steps Provide accurate information about company products, services, and current offerings Schedule customer conversations, meetings, and follow-up activities Prepare sales materials, product information, and other resources for the sales team Help organize prospect information and maintain accurate customer records Monitor sales activity and assist with basic internal reporting Coordinate information between sales, marketing, and other internal teams Assist with prospect follow-up and ongoing customer communication Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and sales programs Help ensure sales materials and customer information remain accurate and current Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives Assist with sales meetings, training activities, and team projects Identify opportunities to improve sales organization and follow-up processes Support additional sales activities and projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and coordination abilities Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Comfortable communicating with prospective and existing customers Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and open items Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and responsive Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment Ability to learn company products, services, and sales processes Previous experience in sales support, business development, customer service, administrative coordination, account support, or another customer-facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on exposure to the sales process Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Experience with customer acquisition and business development activities Opportunities to strengthen sales, communication, and organizational skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
