Sr. IAM Technical Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. IAM Engineer

Position type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Irving, TX
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)
 
As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will:

• Experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education.
• Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, security architecture, and enterprise security initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security policies, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
• Hands-on experience supporting security modernization projects, including access governance, entitlement management, and IAM platform deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong IAM experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience supporting enterprise application delivery.
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management, change management, and deployment planning processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled security capabilities and workflow automation will be plus.

  PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
