Staff AI Engineer - People Systems & HR Automation

Samsara is hiring a Staff AI Engineer in the People team to design, build, and operate secure AI workflows that automate HR processes. You will integrate HR systems with Workday, Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and more, delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.
You will lead AI/automation initiatives, apply prompt engineering, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to improve how we work, while staying focused on customer outcomes and long‑term value.
