Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stack materials and products in designated areas, including production lines, warehouse racks, and trailers.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures for handling equipment and materials.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- ccurately track inventory movements using scanners or manual documentation as required.
- Support production and shipping/receiving teams with timely delivery of materials.
- ssist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- 1+ year of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices and OSHA safety regulations.

- Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing or high-tech production environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools.
- Knowledge of automated or semi-automated material handling systems.
