Credit and Collections Analyst

Credit & Collections Analyst Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving, customer relationships, and driving financial results? We're looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing B2B collections, reducing accounts receivable delinquency, resolving billing issues, and assessing customer creditworthiness—all while helping maintain strong customer partnerships. What You’ll Do: Manage and monitor customer account aging Research and resolve billing disputes Perform account reconciliations and payment investigations Coordinate with customers, branches, and sales teams to resolve account issues Process adjustments and refund requests Support credit hold reviews and credit release decisions What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of credit and collections experience Accounting knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities We’re seeking someone who can balance firmness with professionalism—protecting the company’s financial interests while maintaining valuable customer relationships.
