Finance Operations Leader
Hybrid | Twin Cities Metro
Overview
Growing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic finance leader to support multiple production facilities. This role serves as a key business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, cost management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial controls, and reporting.
Partner with plant leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
Provide insights on operational performance, labor costs, and capital investments.
Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop a small finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance experience.
Strong forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis skills.
Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.
Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Compensation
$140,000-$160,000 base salary + bonus
