Long Term Earning Potential: $195,000 to $230,000+ annually at a mature, high-performing clinic, based on modeled compensation using the financial performance of our established Bay Area locations. Compensation growth is tied to the clinic's profitability and performance. These figures represent potential earnings, not guaranteed compensation. Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is opening a new clinic in Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix Area and hiring a Founding Clinic Director to lead it. This is not a traditional clinic director position. It is a chance to launch and grow a clinic inside an established company with proven systems, centralized support, and a serious expansion vision. Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy company serving active adults and athletes across multiple markets. We combine elite care with advanced technology, including:
- 3D motion analysis
- Instrumented treadmills
- Dual force plates
- EMG biofeedback
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona, or eligible for licensure
- Several years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership potential
