Project Architect

As a project architect you’ll work on a diverse mix of project types and will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to discover visions and implement goals. You’ll do so alongside a collaborative design team leading projects through all phases of due diligence/assessments, design, approvals and permitting, construction administration, and closeout. You will be engaged in a variety of project types and complexities requiring skills in project management and architectural document delivery. Someone with an innate appetite for learning and takes action to learn it An individual who’s motivated by their team’s success and works hard to ensure it A person who takes initiative Someone who enjoys flexing between roles and responsibilities on various unique projects and team structures To be a fit for this spot on our team, you are: Proficient with Revit and Adobe Suite Sketchup proficiency is preferred Are able to plan and detail exterior and interior components of various types of construction Are comfortable working in initial conceptual stages as well as the nitty gritty of a project Are well versed in visualization tools and able to communicate designs three-dimensionally with a variety of tools and software platforms Have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in architecture Hold an architectural license in Indiana or state of residence #J-18808-Ljbffr
