Role Overview As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in initiating and managing complex programs within the department. You will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to ensure successful outcomes, collaborating with leaders, cross-functional teams, physicians, and external partners. Your work will directly support the department in achieving its strategic goals by delivering projects on time and within budget. What You Will Do Initiate and manage highly complex programs, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, coordination, and execution. Collaborate with leaders, cross-functional teams, physicians, stakeholders, and external partners to drive program objectives and meet deadlines. Support the department in achieving strategic goals by delivering projects in a timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused manner. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve program performance. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality healthcare service delivery. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Three (3) years of related experience in health care operations leadership, process engineering/improvement, analytics leadership, project management, or Healthcare Administrative Fellowship. Proven experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry. Working knowledge of healthcare clinical and administrative operations, performance measurement, regulations, and industry trends. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree preferred.
