- Receptionist Part-Time (February - March Only)## •### @RDCstadiumPosted on 12/4/2025•Part-time## Job DescriptionRoger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins in Jupiter, FL. The facility is comprised of 12 full size practice fields, 2 half fields, and Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Serve as the “Face of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium”* Greet and assist our guests and employees as they arrive for appointments as well as assisting “walk-in” guests.* Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate team members as needed.* Receive all mail and deliveries, sort and route to the appropriate recipient, prepare internal mail for routing outside of the facility (FedEx, UPS, Postal Service)* Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.* Re-stock supplies and ensure office appearance is professional at all times.* Seek to impress our guests with every interaction.* Professional and polished at all times in demeanor, appearance, telephone and interpersonal manner.* Provide general and administrative support including assisting with projects as needed that may include a wide range of confidential administrative support duties.* Work with Ticket Office and Traveling Secretary to assist staff and player’s families with tickets.**Experience Required*** Qualified individuals possess a friendly and personable demeanor, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of building policies and procedures.* Hands on experience with office equipment.* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.* Ability to cover reception area for extended periods of time.* Ability to use discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.* Consistent good judgement with demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.* Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.* Ability to interact with fellow employees and the general public in a positive and professional manner.* **Must pass a criminal background check.****Salary:** $14.00 per hour**Start Date:** February, 2026 **End Date:** March, 2026\*\*How To Apply \*\*Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io job description is intended as a guide to general job responsibilities and is not inclusive of every duty the employee is expected to perform.
