Be the First to Apply Job Description Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN Unit Supervisor to join our team full-time . This position will benefit from the Weekend Differential contract. Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign-on & relocation bonuses. Position schedule: Fulltime (3/12hr shifts) Weekend Premium. Schedule will be rotation of Fri, Sat, Sun & Sat, Sun, Mon. Training to take place during the weekdays prior to transferring to Weekend Premium shift . If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN/MSN within 1 year of hire License: Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse Certification: Basic Life Support with American Heart Association.Completion of revised Charge Nurse workshop within the first 90 days of hire Preferred Experience: Prior Unit Supervisor, Charge RN, OR Service Leader experience in the OR Scrub and Circulating experience highly preferred AORN's Periop 101 curriculum completion and/or CNOR About Us We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
