Skilled Registered Nurse

As an RN on our skilled team, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care that helps patients remain safe and supported at home. When you apply, tell us: “Why did you become a nurse?” What You’ll Do * Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments * Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions * Monitor patient progress and changes in condition * Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team * Complete required clinical documentation * Travel between patient visits We work with Medicaid and private-pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.
