We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in industrial facility design to join our growing Architecture team in Baltimore, MD. This position will lead and contribute to the design of a wide range of industrial projects including water/wastewater treatment plants, maintenance and operations facilities, laboratories, and other utility and infrastructure-related buildings. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced architect to take on a leadership role in the planning, design, and delivery of projects to support our clients growing infrastructure demands. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support architectural design on industrial projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to develop integrated design solutions to meet the technical requirements of industrial facilities. Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD. Perform site visits and construction administration tasks. Coordinate with internal disciplines and subconsultants to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Mentor junior staff and contribute to project team development. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations. Requirements: Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture) 16+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial or infrastructure-related projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices and detailing. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with sustainable design and LEED principles is a plus. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary team settings. The expected compensation range for this position is $160,000.00 - $240,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
