Store Operations & Guest Experience Leader
Buckle LLC
Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations and guest experience in Winston-Salem. You will lead onboarding, staff scheduling, and daily tasks to ensure smooth execution of promotions and inventory control.
Responsibilities include training teammates, managing POS systems, and collaborating with management to uphold Buckle’s policies and loss prevention standards. Occasional travel to nearby stores may be required.
