Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner/ppTo be successful as a Room Attendant, you must be honest, pleasant, have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards./ph3Room Attendant Responsibilities:/h3ulliGreeting guests and responding to queries/liliChanging bed linen and making beds/liliReplacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap/liliSweeping and mopping floors/liliVacuuming carpets/liliDusting and polishing furniture/liliEmptying trash containers and ashtrays/liliCleaning public areas, such as corridors/liliReporting any technical issues and maintenance needs/liliUpdating status of guest rooms using an electronic device such as a phone or tablet/liliReturning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end/li/ulh3Room Attendant Requirements:/h3ulliPrevious guest service and housekeeping experience/liliExperience using industrial cleaning equipment and products/liliYou must work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards/liliBe able to work weekends and holidays/liliReport to work with little or no notice whenever needed/liliMust be able and willing to work long shifts and overtime when needed/liliPhysical mobility and stamina/liliAbility to follow instructions/liliProfessional and polite/li/ul/div
