Description A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant. Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2) Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension. Location: Charlotte, NC – 3 days hybrid on-site role As a Business Execution Consultant, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities: Process and support a variety of securities operations activities related to cash, securities, and investment transactions. Review, validate, and process Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and Separately Managed Account (SMA) servicing requests with a high degree of accuracy. Perform operational tasks involving securities processing, transaction reconciliation, account maintenance, and exception resolution. Research and resolve moderately complex inquiries, discrepancies, and transaction-related issues while ensuring timely completion. Review and manage time-sensitive documents and requests to meet established service-level agreements and operational deadlines. Collaborate with internal business partners, operations teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and risk management. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have: Securities Operations, Investment Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Trust Operations, or related financial services experience. Strong understanding of securities processing, transaction reconciliation, account servicing, and operational controls. Experience supporting Investment Policy Statement (IPS) processing and/or Separately Managed Account (SMA) operations. Investment industry experience within banking, wealth management, trust services, asset management, or financial institutions. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, validate, and process complex financial information. Experience researching and resolving operational exceptions, inquiries, and transaction-related issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
