Remote Claims Processor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Claims Processor to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on remote billing, claims, and insurance support roles.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing documents, analyzing data, and supporting claim resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Process incoming medical claims for accuracy and completeness
- Review coding, documentation, and eligibility data
- Enter claim details into payer or provider systems
- Flag discrepancies and route claims for follow-up when needed
- Maintain compliance with payer and HIPAA guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and data review skills
- Comfort working independently
- Ability to learn billing and claims systems
