Mercedes of Fort Mitchell is Now Hiring a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant.

Position:

As a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch customer experiences and nurturing enduring connections with clients. Your focus is achieving sales targets by showcasing Sprinter vans to local fleet markets and individual customers. Operating autonomously, you'll grow our dealerships clientele, fostering relationships with local enterprises and retail buyers in need of commercial vehicle fleets. This position has an attractive pay plan with a six-figure earning potential, for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join the team at one of the top Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealer in the country East of the Rockies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of related sales experience (fleet or outside sales experience) preferred but not required
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions
• Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Valid Driver's License (Must be insurable)
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

• Conduct outside sales visits and presentations to potential customers and dealership

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Negotiate and close deals

• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue

• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient

• Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets

• Provide sales support by attending trade shows and events

• Ensure customer has a positive experience
