divh2Rental Field Tech I/h2pTeam up with us!/ppThe Rental Field Technician I is responsible for providing high quality repair service on equipment, in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed./ppDo you have what it takes?/ppWhat youll do:/pulliComplete assigned jobs and task to meet flat rate times and re-do metric./liliComplete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely./liliRemove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision./liliThis position requires the ability to provide accurate information to management for quoting./liliDiagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical rental and engine repairs and adjustments./liliTest and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments./liliApply general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis./li/ulpWhat youll need:/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or suggest one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliCDL preferred./liliAbility to complete and/or obtain any required licenses, certifications and/or registrations./liliAble to mentor rental team members./liliMust be able to obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties./liliKnowledge of database software; internet software; manufacturing software and order processing systems./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record./liliMust be 21 or older./liliFlexibility to work various schedules including shift work, required overtime and on call./liliSuccessfully complete work steps assessment./li/ulpWhy work with us?/pulliWe like to take care of business and have fun doing it!/liliWe offer health, dental, vision, life, and more as a comprehensive benefits package./liliDont you want to work with awesome people?/li/ulpImportant information:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
