Machine & Lathe Operator – Meadville, PA

 

What You’ll Do

● Operate and maintain lathes, mills, and related machines (including CNC).
● Create the set-up to produce parts from blueprints.

● Inspect parts and components for precision and quality.
● Work closely with a small, skilled team to meet production goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience as a machine and lathe operator.
● Proficiency in operating TRAK lathes and milling machines a plus.
● Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong attention to detail and quality control.
● Machinist certification or equivalent experience preferred. Willing to train the right person.
