The Jule Wellness Studio is a growing integrative wellness and aesthetics clinic in Southlake, Texas. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner who is excited about joining a startup, helping build a loyal patient base, and growing alongside the company.

Position Overview

The position will begin part-time at approximately two days per week. As patient volume and the business grow, there will be opportunities for additional hours, increased compensation, performance-based incentives, and expanded responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cosmetic injectables, aesthetic treatments, and IV therapy. An established book of business or existing client following is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Develop safe, individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
• Administer cosmetic injectables within the provider’s training and scope of practice
• Provide IV therapy and other approved wellness treatments
• Educate patients about treatments, expected outcomes, aftercare, and appropriate skincare or wellness options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
• Help develop and grow the clinic’s aesthetics and wellness patient base
• Collaborate with the medical director, leadership, and other team members
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, promotional activities, and educational events with The Jule team
• Support the clinic’s growth by contributing ideas and helping create a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• 3+ years of hands on aesthetic injectable experience
• Experience administering IV therapy
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a startup environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Experience with EMR systems and patient communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Established client following or book of business
• Advanced training or certifications in cosmetic injectables
• Experience helping grow an aesthetics or wellness practice

Compensation and Growth

This is a part-time W-2 position. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, advanced training, certifications, existing client base, and ability to help develop a new patient following. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience and qualifications, with offers at the top of the posted range reserved for exceptionally well-qualified candidates with extensive, directly related experience.
