Assistant Store Manager

Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets and improving store operations to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will help lead and develop the store team, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and coordinate with support departments and HR. The role requires hands‑on retail leadership and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
