Lead strategic discovery and research for complex client engagements. Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience definitions, customer journeys, and strategic recommendations. Plan and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions. Design and execute primary and secondary research initiatives. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into compelling insights and actionable recommendations. Develop creative briefs, experience strategies, and strategic frameworks that guide cross-functional teams. Partner closely with Creative Directors, Client Partners, Designers, Architects, and Producers throughout project lifecycles. Help shape new business opportunities by contributing strategic thinking during pitches and discovery conversations. Continue evolving STRUCK's strategy processes, templates, methodologies, and thought leadership. Identify opportunities to integrate emerging research methods, AI tools, and innovation practices into our strategic work. You Have... 5+ years of experience in strategy within an agency, consulting, innovation, or brand environment. Proven experience leading strategy for complex brands and multidisciplinary projects. Brand positioning Messaging architecture Customer experience strategy Journey mapping Workshop facilitation Insight synthesis Strategic recommendations Experience conducting both primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. The ability to simplify ambiguity into compelling narratives and actionable plans. Experience collaborating across creative, digital, experiential, and physical environments. A strong appreciation for design, storytelling, user experience, and business strategy.
