As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll play a key role in grading, stacking, and packaging products as they come off the line. Under the direction of the Production Manager, you'll work closely with the team to deliver results that keep production running efficiently and safely. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging completed product units securely for storage and shipment.
• Maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety at all times.
• Grading and stacking products as they come off the production line.
• Performing labor-intensive tasks and heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
• Standing and moving on your feet throughout the workday.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A safety-first mindset for yourself and your teammates.
• Physical ability to perform lifting up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus, but we are happy to provide training to candidates who are new to the field!
