Responsibilities SLPs at GW Hospital are expected to collaborate closely with the entire interdisciplinary care team, especially Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians and advanced practice providers, Rehab nurses, OTs, PTs, and case management. This collaboration includes formal, in-person team conference meetings several times per week to discuss each patient's plan of care and progress.
