Realizar inspecciones de calidad regularmente. Capacitar al personal nuevo en procedimientos y uso de productos. Coordinar horarios y cubrir ausencias del personal cuando sea necesario. Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes y el equipo interno. Requisitos: Excelente presentacion personal. Experiencia previa como supervisora de limpieza (mínimo 1 año). Habilidad para liderar equipos de trabajo. Buena comunicación y actitud proactiva. Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio. Bilingüe (español/inglés) Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos vespertinos y nocturnos si se requiere. Join Our Professional Cleaning Team!!! Requirements: Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (minimum 1 year). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and a proactive attitude.
