What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop personalized care plans aligned with clinical standards and regulations
• Administer rehabilitative, therapeutic, and supportive interventions
• Use standardized assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
• Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers
• Document all treatments, outcomes, and care activities accurately
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides
• Ensure compliance with NBCOT, state licensing, and ethical practice standards

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma OT license and NBCOT certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, ideally in long-term care
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
