In this rewarding position, you'll provide essential support and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Document client progress and report any changes in health status to supervisors.Support clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client safety.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is highly desirable.Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Must pass background checks and drug screening as required.Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.ComForCare Home Care has been serving the Adrian, MI community for over a decade, providing compassionate and personalized care to those in need.
