Lead installer - countertops and showers

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Installer - Countertops and Showers to join our team! You will be responsible for measuring and installing projects as per the client needs.

Responsibilities:

Measure, template projects for fabrication
Direct and lead the work of skilled craftsmen
Be the go to for project details.
Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
Maintain required project documentation
Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Qualifications:

Previous experience in countertops, showers or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities

In 2007, we established our state of the art fabrication shop to offer a wide range of engineered and natural stone surfaces such as Quartz, Quartzite, Marble, Granite, Soapstone etc. In 2020 we launched Kornerstone, a heat, stain and scratch resistant surface that displays a rich natural beauty.
