What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face interactions. Representing client products, services, or charitable initiatives with enthusiasm and professionalism. Answering customer questions and providing accurate information about current campaigns. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. Assisting customers throughout the sales or sign-up process. Helping maintain a positive, welcoming environment at retail locations. Working closely with your team to achieve campaign and sales objectives. What We’re Looking For Enjoy working with people and building relationships. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Are positive, motivated, and eager to learn. Thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment. Are reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. Are available to work full-time in the Tampa area. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or another customer-facing role is beneficial but not required. What You’ll Receive Full training and ongoing support from experienced team members. Weekly pay consisting of a competitive base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
