What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

• Supervise and support Occupational Therapist Assistants and aides
• Document patient progress and coordinate care plans
• Recommending adaptive or supportive equipment as needed
• Promote occupational therapy services within the community and healthcare team

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year outpatient experience
• Skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and patient education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
