Overview

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in the Tampa, Florida area, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across over-the-road (OTR), regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily servicing routes east of I-35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training includes safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Perform accurate ELD logging, complete trip reports, and submit DVIRs (driver vehicle inspection reports).
• Conduct required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow company safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
