Your Role As a vital member of our Primary Care team, you’ll provide patient‑centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high‑performing, innovative environment. Full Time Salary (40 hours per week): $132,600-$208,700 Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
