About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its national music education association. The Executive Director will be expected to lead a distributed staff team, make difficult decisions with empathy and transparency, and ensure that the association's programs and services are relevant and impactful. While a music education degree is not required, a background in music or arts education, as well as experience in public policy, fundraising, and national advocacy, is preferred.
