Job Summary:

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting accurate data on client progress and behaviors, and supporting clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and families. We empower children and families to reach their fullest potential by promoting independence, communication, and social engagement, all through positive, play-based learning.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors

• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors

Requirements:

• Must have active RBT certification in good standing

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance

• Consistent afternoon and evening availability

• Must be able to work from 8:30am - 5pm
