We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area.Pay Range: $20.00hr-$21.50hrWhat We're Looking for in Caregiver Applicants:Willingness to perform higher levels of care — not just light/companionship, including peri/personal care and transfers, Hoyer, gait belt, or be willing to learnWe encourage candidates that have specialized experience with experience in Alzheimer's and dementia care.Valid driver's license and current auto insurance to transport clients in their own vehicle – mileage reimbursement provided!Availability needed weekdays and weekends, daytime hours between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.; weekend availability is a huge plusBilingual (Spanish speaking) applicants are strongly encouraged to applyShift examples include (but are not limited to): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Caregiver Job Duties:Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support. Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only: If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
