CONSIDER AN OPPORTUNITY to practice Family Medicine in the Saratoga Springs Region affiliated with Saratoga Hospital, the County's only hospital.

Join our largest practice in Wilton. Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Wilton. This growing practice, located within Saratoga Hospital Medical Offices Wilton Mall, has nine Family Medicine physicians, an Internal Medicine physician,
\n Psychiatrist and three Advanced Practice Providers. This recently constructed, spacious office offers 28 exam rooms and dedicated space for behavioral health and care
\n management.

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Milton, in our newest space. Join a close-knit staff in a recently built office space in the town of Milton, adjacent Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa, with on-site laboratory, physical therapy and Neurology practice.

• Join two Family Medicine physicians and a team of Advanced Practice Providers. Join a recent graduate and seasoned providers here to start or continue your career.

• Practice 100% outpatient medicine, using our hospitalist service.
\n
• Call is by phone, weeknights, approximately 1:15. No primary weekend call (backup only).
\n
• Collaborative vacation coverages to address your patient's acute needs

• Mechanism for in-basket vacation coverage, including scripts and routine diagnostic results addressed by colleagues
\n
• Saratoga Hospital Medical Group offers EPIC EMR.

• Hands-on leadership from RN Clinical Coordinators, Practice Managers, Director of Primary Care, Practice Medical Directors, and Medical Director of Primary Care.

• Excellent mentorship will be available for new graduates with support provided for experienced physicians to orient to our
  \n practices and system.

• Our practices have earned National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition, each certified as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.

• State-of-the-art ancillary services are located at the hospital and at ambulatory service sites throughout our service area.

• Our practices provide continuous medical care through all stages in life from pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, offering primary care, sick care, minor surgical procedures, lab, and more.

The compensation and benefit package is competitive and includes eligibility for bonus incentives.
