Short Haul Truck Driver Overview

Weekly pay that holds the floor. Drivers earn up to $2,000, with weekly minimum pay ranging from $1,300-$1,700 per week.*
Get home more often. Run short-haul routes that get you home 1-2 nights/week and home weekends.
Freight that's built for efficiency. Run 100% no-touch loads, with most freight pre-loaded and pre-tarped before you arrive. Less time on the dock, more time driving.
Extra pay when it applies. Detention and layover pay available* to make sure your time on the road is compensated fairly.
Late-model equipment. Drive newer trucks built for reliability and comfort.
Drive our dedicated Bridgeport or Vonore lanes.

Company Driver Benefits

Solid coverage from day one. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability to protect you on and off the road.
Retirement with company backing. 401(k) with company match to help build long-term financial security.
Time off that's earned and paid. Paid vacation and holiday pay so your downtime is compensated.
Paid orientation and training. Get started strong with paid onboarding from the first day.
Veteran bonus available. Qualifying veterans may be eligible for a $6,000 bonus* - ask a recruiter for details.
Referral program. Know a great driver? Put them on and earn for the connection.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
