CTR Group is seeking several Heavy Equipment Operators near Williamsburg, VA . Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Core Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and skid steers.
Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material placement.
Read and follow grade stakes, cut/fill sheets, and site plans.
Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and laborers to maintain production flow.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
Support general site tasks as needed.
