Location: 1490 North Greenmount Road, Suite B, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269 Work Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8 am-5 pm; Thursday 8 am-3 pm; Friday 8 am- 2 pmAs a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset.
