What You'll Be DoingAs a bartender at Rock Creek Kitchen & Bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Managing inventory and restocking bar supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A commitment to creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike.
