Key Responsibilities and Duties Partner with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high‑net worth clients. Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help high‑net worth clients achieve their financial goals. Manage the responsibilities for a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordination of asset consolidation. Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to our clients. Build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships, while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions. Qualifications Education: University (Degree) – Preferred. Experience: 2+ Years required; 3+ Years preferred. FINRA Registrations: Series 7, 63, 65, 66. Licenses and Certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – Multiple issuers required within 120 days. All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Compensation Base Pay Range: $62,500/yr - $87,500/yr.
