Located in Reno, NV Salary: 30 Express Employment Professionals We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing property management team. Position Details:- Day shift, flexible start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- 8-hour workday
- Competitive pay based on experience
- $29
- Must have own vehicle/small or large truck
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (Basic HVAC, Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more)
- Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and safely
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests with professionalism
- Use technology to track and document work orders
- 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already certified
