Information Technology Support Technician

GTN Solutions

This position focuses on supporting hardware and ticket requests. Tasks include but not limited to: inventory management, equipment life cycle management, upgrading/reimaging old technology, process and deliver new technology. Basic Hardware/software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and more (with assistance of more technical staff). Work alongside other teams and technicians to improve process efficiency. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
