We are seeking a Sales Producer specializing in Farmers Insurance Sales to expand the company’s book of business by serving personal lines customers, small business owners, commercial accounts, and a mixed client portfolio. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the agency owner, this role will sell insurance policies to new and existing clients through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, community networking, referral partnerships, and phone and video consultations.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans based on client needs.
• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, community networking, and referral partnerships.
• Serve personal lines customers, small business owners, commercial accounts, and mixed client portfolios.
• Conduct phone and video consultations throughout the sales workflow.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Track sales activity, identify improvement opportunities, and support account growth.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• State Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• State Life and Health Insurance License.
• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
