Training Development Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time Training Development Specialist will create, deliver, and implement training curricula, ensuring a smooth transition for newly hired employees from the learning environment to their roles. Key responsibilities Develop and facilitate training resources, including classes and online learning tools, to meet business needs Maintain individual employee training records and conduct training needs assessments to enhance the corporate training program Collaborate with leadership to analyze workforce performance and prescribe additional training as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, adult education, instructional design, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in training facilitation, content design, and instructional design within a corporate environment Strong knowledge of Learning Management and Content Creation systems Familiarity with instructional design and Adult Learning Theory Proven ability to complete an entire training cycle and effectively facilitate training for diverse audiences
