Front Desk Coordinator – Prosthodontic Specialty Practice

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our patient-centered prosthodontic specialty practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with patients and referring offices, and helping ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate communication with referring dental offices
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Manage patient charts, referrals, and correspondence
• Maintain an organized reception area and support daily office operations
• Assist with treatment plan presentation and follow-up as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Experience in a specialty dental practice is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
